Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathroom organizers, bathroom canisters, and closet moth protection products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details (order number, product name, and reason for return)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping address will be provided in our response)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). The process is the same as our return process – simply indicate you’d like an exchange when contacting customer service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
