Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping cost: $12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bathroom organizers (including canisters, trays, and holders)
  • Closet moth protection products

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide details including:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  3. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship item back to our warehouse (address provided in our response)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For your protection, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance (we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours after processing

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same process as returns, specifying you’d like an exchange when contacting customer service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
